Purchasing with us
When you’ve decided to buy a home with North Hill, we provide the purchase documents. These will include the offer to purchase, warranty, and relevant addendums.
Once your contract to purchase has been executed and the initial payment has been made you will be “under contract”. From there your lender and your closing attorney will work with you to prepare all the documents required to make the home yours. The following is required to go under contract to purchase a North Hill Home:
Pre-approval letter or proof of funds
Deposit (1% of purchase price, this is non-refundable, but is applied to your purchase price)
Executed purchase agreement (we provide the standardized contracts via e-sign for easy electronic review and signing)
